Yes, definitely! We encourage open communication. You can message your coach anytime through our coaching app for quick questions, updates, or motivation. Additionally, some packages include WhatsApp support.

  • What happens if I need to pause or cancel my coaching?

Life happens, and we understand. You can discuss any changes or pauses in your coaching plan directly with your coach, and we'll accommodate your needs.  However qwe highly recommend that you stick to your pan for a minimum of 4 to 8 weeks straight to be able to obtain the best results.

  • How do you ensure privacy and data security?

We take your privacy seriously. Our platform uses secure communication channels, and your personal information is kept confidential. We prioritise the security of your data.
